Power and Energy Generation, including renewables

We have a number of funders as well as funding programmes that are particularly  interested in power and energy generation projects. Of particular high demand is waste to energy projects involving local governments, Green Power, and New Technologies.  The project funding  requirement must be at  least AUD$100 Million with no upper limit.

The project must be ready to start, except  for  the money to fund the working capital.  

Check-list  of minimum requirements before you can submit the deal to  us:

A professionally prepared  business plan,  preferably by one of the big global accounting   firms;

An experienced management team in  place; 

All relevant permits and licenses are in  place;

Contracts  or commitment letters from buyers in place. We specifically want to see the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA)  to be ready before we will look at the deal;

EPC Contractors must have  experience in handling similar projects;

Technology used must  be proven, tested and approved by relevant government bodies;

Availability of  funds to complete (to cover  necessary legal cost, due diligence cost and other  related  expenses);
