Resorts & Hotels

We have a number of funders as well as funding programmes that are particularly  interested in resort & hotel projects. The project funding  requirement must be at  least AUD$100 Million. 

The project must be ready to start, except  for  the money to fund the working capital.  

Check-list  of minimum requirements before you can submit the deal to  us:

A professionally prepared  business plan,  preferably by one of the big global accounting   firms;

An experienced management team in  place; 

All relevant permits and licenses are in  place;

Contract  or commitment letter from potential operator of the resort or hotel (e.g. Shangri-la, Hilton) are  in place;

If the hotel or resort is to be managed in-house, we need clear evidence that an experienced management team is available;

Availability of  funds to complete (to cover  necessary legal cost, due diligence cost and other  related  expenses);
