Commercial Buildings & Shopping Malls
We have a number of funders as well as funding programmes that are looking to invest in commercial buildings, multi-storey apartments, and shopping malls projects. The project funding requirement must be at least AUD$100 Million.
The project must be ready to start, except for the money to fund the working capital. We are looking for projects that have the following:
A professionally prepared business plan, preferably by one of the big global accounting firms;
An experienced management team in place;
All relevant permits and licenses are in place (Development Approvals, Construction Certificates, etc);
Contracts or commitment letters from potential buyers and tenants (for shopping malls we want to see contracts or commitment letters from Anchor Tenants);
If you are going to sell the completed property, what is your marketing strategy and/or have you got buyers lined up;
Availability of funds to complete (to cover necessary legal cost, due diligence cost and other related expenses);
